Position Summary:

Assists very low/low/moderate income, unemployed and underemployed Central Falls residents and those seeking a better job to develop and implement "Career Pathway Plans" that identify individualized employment goals and strategies, job training needs, and steps to overcome barriers to employment. Utilizes the research-based Economic Mobility Pathways (EMPATH) model in providing one-on-one support for program participants to help them improve their financial standing.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish verbal and written required. Central Falls resident preferred Experience with workforce development, job trainings programs, job placement programs, etc. preferred Possession of valid drivers' license, reliable transportation and proof of current automobile insurance required Demonstrated ability to work independently and to take initiative required. Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.

Physical Requirements: This position requires a mix of at-home/virtual, office-based, and community visit work. Employees in this position must have the ability to travel to and from office sites and community locations which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators.
