**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the inside sales team to achieve set targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying a potential client to securing a deal.
- Present products to prospective clients.
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty.
- Maintain frequent contact with clients to understand their needs.
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to maintain customer satisfaction and preserve the company’s reputation.
- Negotiate agreements and maintain records of sales and data.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager or in a similar sales role.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and sales management tools.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
