Currently, StaffBright has a National Sales Manager opportunity available with one of our best manufacturing clients in the Rockford, IL area. This person will be responsible for managing relationships with key accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is Hybrid with 1 day a week in the office.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers on specified accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with accounts.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Hunting down new business opportunities within current accounts.


Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Sales/Account Management experience in B2B Manufacturing Products.
  • Experience handling Medium to Large Accounts
  • Willingness to Travel 30% of the Year Nationally
