Job Description **Summary:**
The Marketing & Events Specialist is a key member of the Trintech Marketing team and is responsible for supporting sales, managing marketing projects, organizing and coordinating all prospect and customer live and virtual events, and owning Trintechs social media strategy. Working directly with customers and key prospects, the ideal candidate must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task efficiently. The Marketing & Events Specialist plays a critical role in lead generation, ensuring information is accurate in campaigns, event contracts, presentations, and on social media. The ability to communicate calmly and clearly with different stakeholders is necessary.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Working with marketing managers on marketing initiatives and projects
* Planning and executing customer and prospect events (live and virtual)
* Managing contracts and liaise with event presenters and vendors
* Owning of all event-specific related communications, including external and internal emails
* Ownership of Trintechs social media strategy including copy writing, scheduling, and reporting
* Coordinating adding event and project information to website, as well as creating website landing pages for videos, infographics, blogs, etc.
* Scheduling pre and post event email campaigns in marketing automation system (Marketo) for the Marketing, Customer Success and Partner teams
* Coordinating online event registration
* Managing post-project evaluation, analytics and reporting
* Managing budget for marketing events
* Managing promotional items/inventory for events, internal gifts for employees, external swag for prospects, customers and partners
* Working with design team to ensure creation of all the necessary marketing assets for live or virtual events and social media are brand compliant (eBooks, infographics, etc.)
* Traveling to required events to represent Trintech
* Developing webinar email campaigns and scheduling in Marketo
* Creating and managing process and projects status documentation
* Writing quarterly win wires that feature recent wins and update external logo decks
* Developing content for quarterly partner newsletter to keep Trintechs BPO and consulting partners up to date on the latest Trintech news
* Cross-functional project management with HR and Product Management (DEI campaigns, promotion job openings, Careers website, CSR website, etc. and tracking completed Product Management content inventory)
Skills & Requirements
* Highly detail-oriented with strong project management skills
* 2 3 years experience planning and managing both in-person and virtual corporate events
* Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
* Strong understanding of social media channels, specifically LinkedIn
**Preferred:**
Experience with Salesforce, Marketo and Hootsuite
