You'll be responsible for managing the reception area, supervising front office staff, enforcing hotel policies, and ensuring guest services are exemplary. Responsibilities

•Hire, train, and supervise front desk staff, including concierge, front desk agents, and ensure they provide excellent guest services and enforce hotel policies
•Gather financial information and generate occupancy reports for the general manager
•Make sure to adhere to the front desk budget and put in orders for office supplies as needed
•Direct front desk operations and ensure customer service meets our high standards for guest satisfaction
•Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints

Qualifications

•Hilton experience preferred but not required
•Prior hospitality experience of 1 year is required for this position
•Over 2 years of experience in office management in the hospitality industry as a front desk supervisor or similar position
•Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
•Possess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills
•Bookkeeping skills and experience with MS Office a plus
