Description Position Summary: The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing initiatives for ICC Evaluation Service (ICC-ES) and ICC NTA as part of the ICC Conformity Assessment Group (CAG). Focus will be on creating, implementing, tracking/analyzing, and optimizing our digital and traditional marketing and lead generation campaigns across various marketing channels. A successful candidate will aid in our long-term growth, brand awareness and customer satisfaction. Position Responsibilities: Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns focused on building and plumbing product testing services Research, analyze, and recommend media for marketing communications and schedule ad placements Draft marketing communications and collateral; copy and content development; develop automated campaigns to enhance customer engagement. Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help improve future marketing efforts. Additional campaign management across full suite of programs (building, plumbing, solar, global certification) Website content updates, social media marketing, digital marketing/SEO Tradeshow coordination; limited event and inter-office travel Requirements Essential Skills and Education / Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 4 or more years of marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment Strong paid search/SEO background Highly organized/strong attention to detail with strong copy development, project management, and organizational skills Strong grasp of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools Ability to work under deadline pressure, prioritize multiple projects/programs and consistent follow-through are a must Graphic design and video production experience is preferred Experience in the building product or building safety industry a plus
