1. Job Description:

· Communicate, discuss and negotiate with customers and suppliers in a professional, timely and efficient manner

· Manage request for quotations for the customers, while providing quality service in accordance to company guidelines

· Process sales orders via e-mail, fax, phone etc. accurately and efficiently

· Marketing and contacting potential customers

2. Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree preferred

· Proactive and positive attitude

· Strong attention to detail

· Able to multitask under time constraints

· Computer Skills (CRM, ERM, Excel, Microsoft Office etc.)

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· Ability to solve problem with a strong sense of professionalism

· Organized, flexible and capable of working in an independent and team environment

* Experience preferred but NOT required:

· Industrial sales

· Customer service

· Understanding of import & export
