We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team for this hybrid opportunity out of our Waltham, MA; Austin, TX; or St. Petersburg, FL office.

Job Summary

Imprivata is seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Imprivata Customer Privileged Access Management (CPAM). CPAM is the industry leading solution for MSPs and technology providers who need to meet the strictest customer requirements for remote access and management. CPAM is a core strategic cog in Imprivata's overall Privileged Access Security strategy - helping to create an interconnected network of over 40,000 organizations who use Imprivata PAS products to give or receive secure remote access. The PMM of CPAM will drive the next phase of growth for the product and the PAS portfolio as a whole by:

  • Driving rapid product growth by developing and executing the unique GTM requirements of the target market of MSPs and technology providers
  • Contributing to the overall growth of our PAS platform by strategically acquiring and growing CPAM customers who will unlock awareness and leads for our PAM and VPAM customers

Duties and Responsibilities

Core PMM Duties:
  • Market Intelligence - primary and secondary research and synthesis of buying trends, technology trends, competitive intelligence and more
  • GTM Strategy Development - developing and aligning the overall GTM strategy with cross functional stakeholders and driving execution to grow awareness, new business and revenue retention
  • Organizational Enablement - training and education for cross functional employees to support their roles in the overall success of our customers and Imprivata
  • Content Execution - Internal and external content including web copy, videos, datasheets, sales plays and more
PAS Platform Duties
  • Collaboration with the broader PAS team to support the overall GTM strategy and execution of the platform as a whole
PMM Team Duties:
  • Participation in team wide events, meetings, planning and discussions
  • Contribution to continuous improvement of the PMM team including developing and sharing best practices and shared processes across the team
  • Support for the team, including supporting projects on other products as needed to ensure the overall success of Imprivata
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, computer science, or engineering required
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing or related function for technology driven solutions
  • Experience in a related industry category such as Privileged Access Management, Zero Trust Remote Access, or Remote Monitoring & Management is strongly desired
  • Strong team player possessing excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions from verbal and written information
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Highspot (or similar content management system), and MSFT Teams (or similar collaboration tools) strongly desired
  • Ability to manage numerous simultaneous projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Must possess proven matrixed collaboration and time management skills
  • Up to 25% travel required

This position offers a total compensation range of $111,000.00 to $140,000.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
