Skills Knowledge and ExpertiseThe ideal candidate will embody the following characteristics and possess the knowledge, skills and abilities listed below: Honest, trustworthy and reliable.Hardworking.Physical ability to preform heavy work, exerting up to 50lbs of force occasionally and/or in excess of 20lbs force frequently.Comfortable working in extreme heat and cold.Leadership: A demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others. Experience: High level managerial, 4 years of past experience managing personnel and working with upper-level managers and with multiple divisions of the company.Education: Bachelor's degree is business administration, management, or related field preferred.An ability to balance and achieve positive results in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and associate relations.
