Examples of Duties

* Prepares Texas Motor Vehicle Sales/Use Tax and Surcharge Report and Title Application Fees Report. * Prepares daily funds summary/Monday registration reports. * Prepares monthly Texas Agricultural Finance Authority - Young Farmers reports. * Ensures the accurate balancing of revenues received from all divisions. * Ensures timely bank deposits. * Submits daily balance reports. * Assists with data entry as required. * Assists in resolving out-of-balance issues. * Assists in ensuring the accuracy of all reports. * Ensures the vault is closed at the close of day. * Counts voucher funds. * Enters bank deposit data. * Prints Judicial Collection balance reports. * Prints VIT totals, including car dealer fees, heavy equipment fees, manufactured home fees, liquor license fees, and hot check fees. * Performs any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution. * Must have at least one ( 1 ) year of related experience. * Must be able to type 30 wpm.
