As we take the plunge into the U.S. market, we're looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to help us drive our mission forward.

As the first Pre-Sales Engineer in the U.S., you'll be on the front lines, playing a crucial role in introducing and establishing InTouch's solutions across municipalities, cities, and law enforcement agencies nationwide. US

You'll collaborate closely with Astrid, our Co-CEO, who has a proven track record of driving significant growth and innovation.

For your onboarding, we'll fly you over to our Belgian HQ for a 2-week deep dive. This will give you the chance to learn the product inside and out, and meet all your new colleagues.

Deeper Dive:
  • Solution Demonstrations: Lead compelling, customized demonstrations of our AI-powered speed enforcement and parking permits solutions tailored to the specific needs of municipalities, cities, and law enforcement agencies. Your ability to showcase our platform's advanced capabilities and value will be key to winning new clients.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical authority on our solutions, addressing detailed queries, offering tailored configurations, PoC's, and positioning InTouch as the go-to provider for AI-driven parking and enforcement needs in the government sector.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within municipalities, police departments, and law enforcement agencies. Understand their unique challenges and demonstrate how InTouch's AI-enhanced solutions can meet their specific requirements.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with Astrid to shape and refine our U.S. go-to-market strategy. Your insights and technical knowledge, particularly in AI applications, will be critical in crafting a successful approach to entering this market.
  • Sales Support: Partner closely with Astrid to develop persuasive proposals, respond to government RFPs, and support negotiations. Your collaborative efforts will be instrumental in securing contracts and expanding our footprint.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about trends, regulations, and emerging needs in parking management and speed enforcement, particularly those involving AI. Use this knowledge to adapt our solutions and maintain our competitive advantage in the government sector.
About You:
  • Experience: You have around 5 years of experience in a Pre-Sales or Sales Engineering role, ideally within the government sector (municipalities, cities, police, or law enforcement), but we're open to a broader SaaS B2B background as well.
  • Technical Proficiency: You have a solid technical background in SaaS solutions. Familiarity with AI and its applications in these areas is a major advantage.
  • Sales Acumen: You're motivated by the opportunity to drive sales, with a focus on delivering value and securing long-term partnerships.
  • Communication Skills: Your strong communication and presentation skills enable you to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels within government entities.
  • Analytical Skills: You're a strategic thinker with the ability to grasp complex regulatory requirements and propose effective, compliant solutions.
