Job Description
  • As a Marketing Operations Specialist you will be handling:
    • Digital Marketing account setup and troubleshooting
    • Ongoing digital tech support including:
      • Updating account info (store hours, contact info, etc.)
      • Training and support on various digital marketing modules including email marketing, social media, and our internal database
    • Upload & organize brand content within resource library
    • Maintain media library and digital assets
    • Assist launch team in account set up, bringing each location to brand compliant standards
      • Email domains and account setup
      • Website domains and URL redirects
      • Google business listings
      • Social media account setup
    • Work with UFG IT and Compliance on unapproved website audits and redirects
    • Ensure Signarama branding and nomenclature is followed across all digital assets
    • Help manage JIRA support queue and funnel support requests as needed
    • Perform various tech support needs such as setting up zoom meetings, ongoing tech training (internal & external)
    • Perform account audits of digital marketing campaigns to ensure things are running smoothly
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Marketing or Business
  • 2-4 years' related experience and/or training
  • OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of all social networking platforms and email marketing tools
  • Should be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and on a team
  • Outgoing personality and able to interact with a variety of customers
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (of online platforms, hardware, software, phones)
  • Experience with presenting and training in person or through webinars
  • Gather troubleshooting information and escalate advanced issues to marketing vendor's support teams
  • Strong knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of Google Business Profiles and web domains
  • Professional demeanor; excellent communication and follow-through
