Old Republic Surety Company (ORSC) is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its Marketing Team at its home office located in Brookfield, WI. In general, the Marketing Coordinator completes a wide variety of marketing functions, ensuring the success of the Company's marketing strategy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Create, edit, optimize, and deliver marketing materials. Design flyers, brochures, and other Old Republic Surety Company (ORSC) branded print material.
  • Design, write, publish, and keep current various digital media (newsletters, Company website, social media, etc.).
  • Work closely with marketing staff on a posting/publishing calendar and an events calendar with related deliverables to ensure efficient and successful outcomes for marketing campaigns and tasks.
  • Collaborate with external marketing partners (advertising agencies, digital marketing firms, production companies, etc.).
  • Maintain supplies for marketing work rooms and assist with the inventory of ORSC branded merchandise.
  • Assemble marketing kits, mailings and shipments. Assist events personnel with gifts for VIP events.
  • Provide project support to Marketing management.
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
This position requires a related Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Working as a/an POSITION requires one to work independently and effectively within a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products is necessary. Other skills necessary include excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational and accurate proofreading skills, the ability to maintain accurate records, the ability to exercise discretion with confidential information, strong attention to detail, and the ability to use a variety of office equipment.

TRAVEL:
This position requires occasional travel by use of motor vehicle, public transportation, and/or airplane.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:This position requires one to sit for extended periods of time and stand and/or walk occasionally. The position requires one to occasionally push, pull, carry, and/or lift up to 10 pounds. No personal protective equipment is required. Ergonomic equipment is available to employees.WHO ARE WE?
