Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our Integrated Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will support the development and implementation of innovative omni-channel marketing strategies, ensuring seamless communication across all channels and consistent brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate briefs for omni campaigns
  • Act as a key marketing resource for merchants, working closely with them on sample management for omni campaign shoots
  • Manage job numbers/POs and invoicing process across local activations, PR, charity, and partnerships
  • Assist the Brand Media team with marketing support across omni campaigns, including product pulls for site-direct campaigns with publishing partners
  • Facilitate communication with cross-functional teams on CO-OP projects
  • Create campaign timelines for charity partners, ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Serve as the marketing point of contact for monthly fiscal closing meetings
