Customer Service Representative

Legends Marketing & Sales and Stain Erasers are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our operations team You will be the face of customer interaction for both companies, playing a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. This on-site role will offer you the opportunity to collaborate with multiple departments, manage customer inquiries, process orders, and contribute to the overall success of two dynamic businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Manage customer service requests, process orders, track shipments, and provide product/service information.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction for both companies.
- Assist with processing credit card payments and handle billing-related tasks.
- Utilize ZenDesk to manage customer interactions and support tickets (training provided; experience with ZenDesk is a plus).
- Maintain accurate knowledge of products and services offered by both companies, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, product delivery, and service scheduling.
- Handle data entry and maintain customer account records in company databases.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support overall customer service initiatives.
- Track and report key customer service metrics and suggest areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service or related role.
- Experience with customer service platforms (ZenDesk experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with credit card payment processing is beneficial.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks across two businesses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the industries served by Legends Marketing & Sales and Stain Erasers is a plus.
