Company: We recognized in Asia as the preeminent provider of complete EMC testing solutions including EMC test software and equipment, has opened a branch office in Fremont, California.

Job Description: Committed to expanding our successful EMC business to North America, we are seeking a local sales manager to promote our EMC test software and EMC test equipment. This is a unique career opportunity to shine as a key contributor in opening new markets with the latest in leading edge EMC testing technology. This position also provides opportunity for extensive travel within North America and occasionally to Asia.

Responsibilities: Operate as point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts. Works closely with customer service representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. Execute sales efforts in the assigned territory Meet or exceed established quotas Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics in aligned to company plans, goals, and policies Develop account plans and contribute to regional and global sales plans Responsible for managing all aspects of the sales cycle including developing and managing partnerships with customers Develop accurate territory forecasts Enlists the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources and other resources as needed. Manage and maintain the opportunity funnel to accurately represent the region's business Communicate at all levels within accounts and communicate customer needs to the company Deliver presentations and demos of the EMC test software and equipment to customers

Qualifications: B.S.E.E. o Preference given to MSEE and other technical graduate degrees Minimum 3-5 years of strategic selling experience in a B-to-B sales environment Sales experience involving sales of high technology products through direct sales and/or regional distributors is required Experience with industry test standards including FCC, CISPR,MIL, DO, ISO, IEC Broad experience selling into high tech test equipment markets Effective funnel management to drive accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Experience working within a large global organization is helpful Excellent communication skill (Verbal and written) Travel about 30% (Occasionally international) Registration:
