Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to support business objectives.
Identify target audiences and develop marketing initiatives to reach them effectively.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategy.
Content Creation and Management:
Develop engaging content for various channels, including social media, website, email newsletters, and print materials.
Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Digital Marketing:
Work with our digital marketing agency on reporting and performance analysis.
Assist in the development of digital assets to ensure consistent branding.
Provide presentations on digital marketing performance and strategy to internal stakeholders.
Brand Management:
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure their application across the company.
Inventory Management:
Forecast marketing materials needs to ensure timely availability.
Collaborate with the purchasing department in the buying process, from quoting to approval of colors.
Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure adequate stock levels.
Event Planning and Coordination:
Plan and execute company events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
Administrative Work:
Collaborate with the accounting team to create vendors in the system.
Manage special marketing requests and ensure timely processing.
Handle administrative tasks, including processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with sales, product development, business development and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Communicate marketing plans, activities, and results to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bilingual professional proficiency (English and Spanish required)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Highly personable, energetic, proactive, team player, and a self-starter.
