Responsibilities:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and executing innovative digital campaigns across media channels to drive demand, brand awareness, and engagement.They will need the ability to configure and manage data flows from digital marketing campaigns across HubSpot, WordPress, social media including inbound leads, impressions, conversions and other data intelligence.Managing, measuring, and reporting on digital marketing effectiveness through tools like GA4 or SEMRush will be instrumental for this role.
Our next Digital Marketing Manager will need to optimize SEO/SEM strategy including keyword placement, ranking, PPC, CPA etc while also optimizing landing page findability, rankings and conversion to capture new leads and increase conversions.Responsibilities will also include:
- Develop and execute targeting and retargeting campaigns for competitive positioning.
- Run A/B testing and multivariate experiments on the digital marketing programs.
- Set-up, manage and optimize Google Ads.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience managing digital marketing (managing SEO/SEM, paid social, ABM)
- 1+ years leading or mentoring people
- 3+ years digital marketing experience (managing SEO/SEM, paid social, ABM)
- 2+ years developing and executing PPC ad strategies
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite and Dynamics or other CRM solutions.
- 2+ years experience with Hubspot, Wordpress, SEMRush, GA4, Oktopost, social media platforms or other digital marketing platforms
- North America based, Eastern or Central time zone
- Familiarity with supply chain planning (preferred)
- Familiarity with AI/ML positioning (preferred)
- Familiarity with agile marketing (preferred)
- Experience working with global markets across NA, EMEA, DACH and APAC (preferred)
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or similar area (preferred)
