The ideal candidate will have experience in substation automation, RTU, and relays. While experience with Schweitzer relays is preferred, experience with any relays is acceptable. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain substation automation systems. Configure and manage Remote Terminal Units (RTUs). Work with various types of relays to ensure reliable power system operations. Conduct system analysis and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of power system components. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in substation automation. Proficiency with Remote Terminal Units (RTUs). Experience with relays (Schweitzer relays experience is a plus, but not required). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations. Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license. Experience with SCADA systems and other power system monitoring tools. Familiarity with power system protection and control.
