You'll lead an internal team of electricians amidst a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Essential qualities include a passion for advancing energy sustainability, problem-solving prowess, teamwork orientation, and a positive work ethic. In this role, you'll manage construction projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure adherence to schedule and budget Qualifications for Electrical Project Manager: Lead a team consisting of Project Coordinators, Buyers, Superintendents, and craft. Promote a safe and quality-driven culture, both project and companywide. Conduct constructability reviews of design packages. Employ a can-do attitude, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and aligned with the project’s goals. Identify project risks and opportunities and actively manage them throughout the project life cycle. Ensure Quality Assurance and Quality Control requirements are achieved. Interface with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and commissioning teams. Requirements for Electrical Project Manager: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent At least 10 years of experience in the electrical field and 5 years of experience as a Project Manager Previous experience on $25M project Ability to provide material take-offs and estimates from construction drawings Ability to read, interpret, and manage wiring diagrams Proficiency in Construction baseline development, change control, cost/schedule performance, and variance analysis Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills Additional Requirements for Electrical Project Manager: Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation to the job site WE ARE AN EQUAL-OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
