Role Overview:
The Renewable Energy Project Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of a diverse portfolio of capital and operational projects focused on renewable energy generation, particularly solar. Experience in power station operations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize Safety and Environmental Compliance in all project phases.
  • Oversee various stages of significant projects, including development support, site preparation, permitting, scope definition, contract negotiations, engineering, procurement, and construction.
  • Manage all aspects of smaller enhancement projects, including permitting, contract discussions, engineering, construction, and commissioning.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets and timelines.
  • Administer the approved financial plan and cost forecasts to achieve project financial objectives.
  • Oversee contracts and commercial dealings with suppliers and contractors.
  • Utilize the PM Tollgate process to effectively manage project stages.
  • Handle all project-related administrative tasks in accordance with PM processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Construction Management is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in project management.
  • Proven expertise in project management and relevant technologies.
  • Familiarity with power generation and pollution control technologies, along with a general understanding of construction practices.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standards.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with a track record of guiding teams to meet project objectives.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and scheduling skills to meet project deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
