Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of experience with the DoD PPBE process for an ACAT ID level program, including within the Navy, USAF, or Joint Services Experience with cost estimating and tools Experience with using MS Excel and PowaerPoint Ability to interface with program managers and engineers to collect and normalize various types of data, including hours, SLOC, or contract actuals Ability to build a model covering BY and TY costs using OSD deflators across the various appropriations Ability to design innovative ways to display and present the costs compared to budget, plans, or cost metrics Ability to brief and gain approval from program directors for their estimates that you have built Ability to create comprehensive BOE and out-brief presentations required from US Services, international partners, and external review agencies Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Additional Qualifications: Experience with CSDR reporting preferred Ability to be creative and flexible Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD).
