**Description**

**POSITION SUMMARY:**

Provide support to leadership team by performing daily administrative tasks which includes, but not limited to creating work schedules, assigning tasks, verifying documentation, and assisting with inventory. Support team members in meeting daily productivity goals set by management teams. Adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, processes, and systems in order to achieve optimal, quality production levels. Ensure all operations activities and initiatives comply with Companys standards and regulatory requirements regarding documentation, the protection of intellectual property, confidential/proprietary information, secrets, etc.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Create work schedules and make adjustments as necessary to ensure adequate coverage to meet daily production goals

* Research and resolve system and paperwork issues from team members

* Perform quality checks on processing documentation (e.g. monitor lot numbers, expiration dates, and processing times, monitor temperatures of refrigerators/incubators, tissue tracking, review processing documents, etc.)

* Assist with the review and maintenance cleaning logs

* Notify the Facilities or Engineering group of equipment in need of repair and coordinate the associated and/or conduct the completion of internal, routine preventative maintenance or scheduled repairs for equipment, instruments, and facility to ensure cleanliness and reliability

* Contribute new ideas to the Companys continuous improvement efforts in all areas of tissue processing; inform management and provide solutions/ideas for issues or problems that arise

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:**

* High School Diploma required; BA/BS in life sciences preferred

* 3+ years of experience in biotech, pharma, medical or clean manufacturing

* 2+ years experience as processing or lab technician

* Demonstrated knowledge of Good Documentation Practice (GDP), Good Tissue Practice (GTP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and safety practices

* Knowledge of AATB regulations

**SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:**

* Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels throughout the department, with a focus on customer service

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, etc.)

* Ability to prioritize and respond with a sense of urgency to all inquiries and requests

* Ability to manage time and workload effectively; organized, flexible, and able to multi-task while maintaining a high level of efficiency and attention to detail

* Excellent analytical and trouble shooting skills

* Must show aptitude to develop appropriate skills needed for the job
