Art of Drawers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting franchisees in various marketing activities such as media planning, media buying, event marketing, creative development, social marketing, digital advertising, and print advertising. This role requires a strong understanding of the retail industry and the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that align with our brand.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing creative, media planning/buying, social media marketing, event marketing and digital advertising for Art of Drawers Franchisees

Collaborate with franchisees to develop marketing plans and strategies that drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and generate sales. Support franchisees in media planning and media buying activities, ensuring that advertising campaigns are targeted and cost-effective. Assist franchisees in developing creative materials for both online and offline marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality content. Provide guidance and support to franchisees in event marketing, including coordinating and promoting home shows, community involvement, and partnerships. Manage social marketing efforts across various platforms, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting on performance. Oversee digital advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and social media advertising, ensuring optimal targeting and performance. Coordinate print advertising campaigns, working with franchisees to develop impactful print materials and managing the distribution process. Track and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including franchise operations, sales, and product development, to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred Proven experience in marketing roles Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices. Experience in media planning and buying, event marketing, creative development, social marketing, digital advertising, and print advertising. Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, etc. is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60K Plus Bonus
