Meet deadlines in timely manner Perform bookings and commission reconciliations on a monthly and quarterly basis Ensure all supporting backup is verified to accurately pay commissions Respond to sales inquiries in a timely manner About you: 5+ years’ experience in Sales Compensation administration, reporting and analytics. Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related discipline and or an MBA. Strong business acumen and teamwork skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must possess very good interpersonal skills with great attention to detail. Superior analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in SQL, Excel and other MS Office applications. Experience in any Commissions software a plus Ability to effectively multi-task and adapt to changing business priorities. Excellent time management and organizational skills are a must.
