Why this role?

In this role, you will support the global Revenue organization by facilitating the processes around designing and rolling out new compensation plans, maintaining the source of truth on quotas and compensation-related targets, and handling Q&A on comp plan design and mechanics.


As a Sales Compensation Manager, you will:

Ensure sales compensation is expertly designed to optimise the investment of compensation, ultimately driving profitable revenue growth across all channelsDevelop compensation programs and plans to support the strategic initiatives of each revenue leaderDevelop and deliver training for sales team members to ensure they understand how their compensation plans work and how they can maximise their earnings through the compensation structureAdminister the compensation plans and any commission toolsCollaborate with various stakeholders, including finance, HR, and sales leadership, to gather input, address concerns, and align the compensation plans with overall business strategiesAnalyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and internal data to determine the most effective compensation structures to reach our goalsAnalyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of the compensation plans, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for plan improvements


You may be a good fit if you have:

3+ years of experience in sales compensation design and execution in the tech industryFamiliarity with usage-based revenue models and compensation design related to those modelsExperience using CRM and commission tools to administer compensation plansProficient at building strong, lasting relationships with experienced revenue leaders and professionalsEffective influencer, communication, and interpersonal skills; great listener
