Position Overview:

As a Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for the meticulous execution of bi-weekly payroll processes, ensuring accurate payments for both salaried and hourly staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bi-weekly payroll operations, guaranteeing timely and precise payments to all employees.
  • Generate tailored reports for management to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Identify and report any payroll discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll matters with professionalism and clarity.
  • Efficiently manage the onboarding and offboarding processes within the payroll system, including salary adjustments.
  • Handle necessary registrations with state and local authorities as required.
  • Collaborate with the HR/Benefits Operations team to support various tasks as needed.
  • Process out-of-cycle payments for mandated state obligations and terminations.
  • Provide backup assistance to fellow Payroll Administrators when necessary.
