Core responsibilities include project planning and oversight, scheduling, and managing subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have a technical aptitude and a fundamental understanding of construction principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops, coordinates, and oversees reconstruction projects from start to finish. Manages scheduling, logistics, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Performs demolition, construction, and other labor-intensive tasks.
  • Maintains detailed project documentation.
  • Adheres to established budgets to ensure projects are produced efficiently and on schedule.
  • Functions as primary interface with customers throughout project duration. Maintains regular communication and ensures customer satisfaction.
  • Ensures subcontractors adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
Skills:
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects at once, managing budgets and schedules.
  • Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work
  • Experience establishing effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Residential Construction Project Management Experience
  • Remodeling experience
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record


Salary $65,000 to $75,000 DOE plus Bonus Opportunities
