The Bettis Laboratory Quality Support role serves in multiple capacities dealing with deficiency management, surveillance programs, executive initiatives, and knowledge management. The position administers the corporate application for deficiency tracking called Strategic Tracking and Trending System and works with a team of support administrators at four other corporate locations. The position will be engaged in improving the data analytics capability from a deficiency standpoint for the corporation. The position owns the site instruction on surveillance programs that seek to self-identify potential compliance issues. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering or science related field and 9 years of relevant experience; orMaster's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering or science related field and 7 years of relevant experience; or Currently or previously Shift Supervisor Part II qualified; orqualified SIT and 3 years EOOW qualified in the Nuclear Operations Program; Previous experience in Quality Assurance processes or in classroom instruction/teaching • Previous experience performing surveillance of work activities • Working knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, or Microsoft Power BI • Health, Dental, Vision & Voluntary Benefits Disability, Life & Accident Insurance Personal & Medical Time Off Flexible Work Schedules Student Debt Benefit Personal Time Off Sell Program Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Visit us online to view all NNL benefits The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is operated for the U.Department of Energy (DOE) by Fluor Marine Propulsion, LLC (FMP), a wholly owned subsidiary of Fluor Corporation.
