Senior Education & Events Manager

The Education & Event Coordinator role at Interparfums Luxury Brands provides support to the Senior Education & Event Manager with day-to-day activities. This position will assist in building top selling US fragrances including Coach, Montblanc, Kate Spade, Jimmy Choo, Lacoste, Moncler, Lanvin & Van Cleef & Arpels.

The Education & Event Coordinator reports to the Senior Education and Events Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development

Contribute to the development of comprehensive training programs and events to support brand objectives.

Assist in developing and delivering training manuals and support materials to inspire and effectively achieve training objectives.

Collaborates with Field team to enhance product knowledge, develop selling skills and encourage team management and business reporting skills.

Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to deliver branded training materials.

Actively participate in nourishing and updating content on My Fragrance Club.

Collaborate with Sales Admin and Sales Planning teams to meet the needs of the field sales force and retailer education requirements.

Coordinate monthly and bi-annual sales communication documents, launch kits and retailer specific requests.

  • Teaching

Help to plan and execute National Education Conferences, Regional & National Sales Meetings, and all retailer conferences (including Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, etc.).

Create PowerPoint presentations and webinars as needed to train and present.

Supports in-store event/Masterclasses ideation & execution, ensuring events are results-oriented and interactive.

Work with French and US Marketing teams to develop retailer specific educational videos and programs.

Partner with the French customer experience team to constantly optimize My Fragrance Club success.

Assists with training on special events.

  • Administration & Organization

Contribute to forecast and project all training materials needed for all curriculums.

Ensure deadlines are met for all training manuals and materials.

Submit all creative requests and project briefs as needed.

Work with Operation Team to ensure that education orders are delivered to their destinations on a timely basis.

Help manage the day-to-day Training Materials budget keep track of all spending report discrepancies.

Coordinate and prepare ABS orders for Training/Events, My Fragrance Club and ad hoc field requests.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree
  • 3-5 years of fragrance and/or beauty experience, preferably in education
  • 3+ years basic curriculum development experience
  • Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
  • Exceptional project management, prioritizing, multi-tasking skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to track department budgets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
