This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to gain experience in the customer service and behavioral health industry.*Work Schedule: Please Read*This is a part-time position Mon-Thurs from 10am-2pm or 12:30pm-4:30pm (your choice) and every other Saturday from 9am-2pm. Processes/verifies referral information and eligibility for insurance reimbursement as needed.Answers all phone calls in a professional manner and relay accurate messagesAlerts providers of messages and responds to messages from therapistsCommunicates with owner and therapistsAssists with copying, faxing, and general administrative supportPerforms assigned work; reports to supervisor, in a timely manner,Performs other related duties as required.Requirements:High School Graduate or Equivalent1 year experience in a medical or therapist practice setting preferredSome Billing ExperienceBasic experience with technology, including Microsoft Office SuiteMust be fluent in English with knowledge of proper English grammar and usage; fluency in Spanish or other languages is a definite plusExperience with management systems
