Reports to: Human Resources Manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Administer employee life cycle- hiring, transfers.
  • Responsible for onboarding and recruitment record administration.
  • Facilitate the effective resolution of day-to-day HR matters, providing solutions to employee inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with special HR projects.
  • Administration of timekeeping system.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Ensures confidentiality of organization, employee and customer information.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of Bachelors' degree, major in business or human resources preferred, or in current pursuit of related degree.
  • Human Resources experience, Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistance experience strongly preferred.
  • Extremely efficient in Microsoft applications; experience with the HRIS Paylocity is a plus.
  • General knowledge of labor and employment laws.
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees and managers.
  • Proficient organizational and time-management skills.
  • Unquestionable integrity and demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive and confidential information required.
