Role Responsibilities- Specialty: Outpatient Clinic
- Discipline: LPN / LVN
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Shift: Daytime, 8-hour shifts

Clinical Management Duties
The Outpatient Clinic Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily functions of the clinic, ensuring both medical and administrative tasks are executed efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing patient care coordination and clinical staff management.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising new clinical team members.
- Managing staffing schedules and ensuring adequate coverage across multiple clinic locations.
Supervisory Functions
The Supervisor will lead a team of Certified Medical Assistants and LVNs, ensuring high standards of care and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting interviews and training sessions in collaboration with Human Resources.
- Monitoring staff performance and engagement, including time management and attendance.
- Performing annual skills assessments for clinical personnel.
Operational Duties
Additional responsibilities include:
- Maintaining inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment.
- Assisting with the onboarding process for new physicians.
- Tracking certifications and licenses for compliance purposes.
- Implementing processes to enhance clinic productivity.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree is preferred.
- Current LVN licensure.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to work in an office environment, involving sitting, standing, and moving for extended periods, as well as lifting up to 25 pounds.
