Position: Customer Relations Specialist
The Customer Relations Specialist engages with customers to ensure their experience exceeds expectations and to be a problem resolution professional with other departments should escalation become necessary for their home service needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide superior service and communication via phone, email, and text that engages customers to build strong relationships
- Maintain Penguin Plan members to increase renewal rates and collection of plan revenue
- Receive, research, and respond to phone and email inquires to assist in next steps that de-escalate concerns and poor reviews
- Serve as an expert liaison during escalation with field managers when needed
- Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during meetings and trainings to maximize short and long term company goals
- Work independently with ability to thrive in customer interactions
- 3-5 years high level customer service skills with problem resolution
- Possess ability to inspire brand loyalty in customers and company
- Highly organized with exceptional follow through capability to drive performance results
- Exceptional communication and social acumen that displays a dedication to company
