Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers to ensure seamless transportation services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to carriers and customers, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Track and manage shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided.
- Research and identify new carriers to expand our network and improve services.
- Make cold and warm calls to current and potential clients to promote business growth and development.
- Stay up-to-date with seasonal market trends to optimize our services.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in logistics, brokerage, or customer service.
