Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Outlet Customer Experience Specialist, Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our outlet store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement sales strategies and initiatives to engage customers and build strong relationships
  • Ensure inventory and merchandising standards are maintained in the outlet store area
  • Demonstrate excellence in execution of selling skills and strategies, as evidenced by coaching forms and customer metrics
  • Support sales strategies in partnership with the Sales Manager to achieve operating results, growth objectives, and overall financial performance goals

Requirements

  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights, and weekends
  • Preferred qualifications: 3 months experience working in customer service, sales, or related fields
