Your ImpactAs a Customer Success Advocate, you will be a critical team member responsible for organizing cross-functional programs and activities, completing in-depth contract research, and driving timely resolution for customer questions and concerns. You will be tasked with managing small to medium sized programs to support the Customer Success organization, as well as acting as an internal customer advocate. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in program/project management, contract research, and customer support. What You'll Do

Location:
Remotely in Scottsdale AZ.Reports To: Manager, Customer Operations
  • Be the subject matter expert for all contract knowledge across the organization
  • Manage small to medium sized cross-functional programs/ projects
  • Manage a queue for incoming issues of varying types, ranging from invoice discrepancies to large deployment modifications
  • Answer questions, provide assistance, and troubleshoot invoice issues on behalf of the Customer Success team
  • Play an instrumental role in quarterbacking complex issues by acting as an internal customer advocate and primary driver in ensuring all customer needs are met in a timely manner
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Axon's product offerings, contracts, internal sales, and accounting procedures
  • Consistently provide recommendations for process improvement and efficiency
  • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
  • Support with internal process definition and documentation
What you Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of working experience. Preferably in a customer facing role
  • Proven cross-functional program/ project management skills and abilities
  • Ability to take initiative, ownership, and be proactive in their daily work
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer account/contract research experience
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, responsible, and focused on exceeding customer expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with change and excel in high-stress situations
  • Willing to teach or coach others on the team

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay and bonus. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 52000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 78000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: experience, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and geographic market demands and often a combination of all these factors.
