Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head Clinician to join our dynamic team. As the Head Clinician, you will have the opportunity to step into a leadership position and serve as a supervisor, guiding and mentoring our team of clinicians. In addition to providing clinical services, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of our practice and contributing to our continued growth and success.
Requirements:
Fully licensed LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor)
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing evidence-based care
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical services to clients, including individual and group therapy
Supervise and support a team of clinicians, providing guidance and feedback as needed
Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new clinicians
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
