General Responsibilities: As the Unaccompanied Children (UC) Foster Care Lead Clinician, you will be responsible for supporting and ensuring the comprehensive service delivery of clinical services in a foster care program. The Lead Clinician will offer consultation and trauma-informed expertise to program staff and stakeholders to promote stable foster placements and provide clinical feedback. Additionally, the Lead Clinician will conduct trainings during the onboarding process for new staff and continually, as needed. This role includes direct supervision of clinicians. Childline & DHS FBI clearance results are required prior to beginning employment. Mandatory Covid-19 Vaccination Program-need covid vaccine card or file for an exemption. Education/Training: Master's degree in Social Work and 2 years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience or; Master's degree or Ph.D. in psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science in which clinical experience is a program requirement, and 2 years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience or; Bachelor's degree and 5 years clinical employment experience in the behavioral sciences may be accepted AND; Licensure to provide clinical services or eligible to obtain professional licensure or registration, if applicable. Experience: Two or more years of supervisory experience in direct service delivery with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities; Prior experience working with refugee and/or immigrant populations, preferred. Bi-lingual English and Spanish strongly preferred. ADA: Regularly required to talk and/or hear individuals who do not speak English as their primary language; occasionally required to stand, walk, or sit; use finger dexterity, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; occasionally required to move or lift items up to 25 pounds in weight; primarily office based, but regularly required to travel to other offices, home visits, and other external parties.
