We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Sales and Service team. At our company, we prioritize providing exceptional customer service and building meaningful relationships with our clients. As a Sales and Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The Perfect Candidate Would...
- Be an articulate and professional communicator proficient in both written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuously develop product and service knowledge to enhance both customer and company success.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft applications and be eager to learn our CRM system with the assistance of our training protocols.
- Possess prior Call Center or Customer Service experience, with a track record of meeting customer expectations, resolving issues, and achieving or exceeding professional goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service on every call, prioritizing a "Love & Service" mentality.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer data and order information.
- Strive for one-call resolution to ensure the best possible customer experience.
- Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns, providing tailored recommendations.
- Demonstrate diligence in follow-up and attention to detail.
- Continuously learn and train to enhance skills and become a subject matter expert on our products.
- Act as a self-motivated problem solver, passionate about customer satisfaction, wellness, and our products.
- Identify upselling opportunities through active listening and confidently close sales.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment and independently complete projects on time.
- Be motivated by additional payouts and commissions based on individual success in achieving goals and enhancing skills.
