Warranty Customer Service Representative – Now Hiring

Warranty Customer Service Representative (What You'll Do)

  • Provide customer phone and email support for technical inquiries in a call center environment

  • Create and track entries in the call ticketing system

  • Perform searches on technical documents, part numbers, and service guides to assist customers

  • Develop familiarity with all HVAC components, including part numbers and exploded parts drawings

  • Follow up with customers on resolved issues to ensure satisfaction

  • Escalate issues to higher-tier support (Tech 2, Tech 3, or Manager) when necessary

  • Organize, review, and create service guides and technical support materials

  • Develop process maps and standard operating procedures for the department

  • Respond to technical support calls (emergency, on-site, phone, or email), create tickets, and enter customer information

  • Provide technical information, such as part numbers, technical documents, and error codes to customers

  • Maintain and update the customer support database for issue tracking

  • Assist in the development and updating of technical training materials for Samsung HVAC products

  • Participate in Quality Lab, training lab, and rework procedures as needed

Warranty Customer Service Representative Shift Info

  • Pay: $19.00/hr

  • Full-Time, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

  • Monday – Friday

  • Must be available for occasional overtime on Saturdays

Warranty Customer Service Representative (Requirements/Skills)

  • Basic HVAC knowledge of components and refrigeration cycles

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced call center environment with strong data entry skills

  • Ability to read and understand parts drawings and technical documentation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Pass criminal background check and drug screening
