Responsibilities of the

Accounts Payable Specialist : Manage Accounts Payable inbox Submit invoices for approval Matching invoices to specific contracts or creating new vendors in their system Create expense reports and apply funds accordingly Coordinate with bank to release payments

Background Expected of the Accounts Payable Specialist: Associate's degree in Accounting or experience equivalent 1-3 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role Non-profit experience preferred but not required Excel skills including sum/if functions; pivot tables and vlookups is a plus
