  • Manage AP inbox
  • Submit invoices for approval
  • Matching invoices to specific contracts or creating new vendors in their system
  • Create expense reports and apply funds accordingly
  • Coordinate with bank to release payments

Background Expected of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
  • Associate's degree in Accounting or experience equivalent
  • 1-3 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role
  • Non-profit experience preferred but not required
  • Excel skills including sum/if functions; pivot tables and vlookups is a plus
