Description

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources and Administrative Coordinator to join our Dental Support Organization (DSO). In this role, you will recruit dental professionals and provide key administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

Human Resources:

  • Assist with Coordinating Human Resource initiatives
  • Clinical License management
  • Manage employee learning initiatives and record-keeping
  • Maintain personal records
Recruitment:
  • Source and hire dental professionals (dentists, hygienists, assistants, and front office staff).
  • Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Manage recruitment from job posting through onboarding.
  • Keep recruitment records updated and report progress to management.
Administrative:
  • Greet visitors, manage calls, and maintain smooth office operations.
  • Handle mail, packages, calls, and office-related tasks.
  • Support the COO with special projects and errands.
Support Functions:
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions and conferences.
  • Assist with financial tasks like check printing and invoice reconciliations.

Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. -
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. -
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience in recruitment, preferably in dental or healthcare.
  • This is an in-person position
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
