As a leader on our team, you'll implement and maintain quality assurance and control standards, performance metrics, and service level agreements. You'll work with a dynamic team to provide quality management oversight, participating in the planning, execution, and auditing of quality processes to assess and improve quality delivery throughout the program lifecycle. You'll work with a team of quality assurance specialists to conduct deliverable quality checks against requirements, facilitate quality reviews, validate accuracy and timeliness, and capture, track, measure and analyze quality performance data. You Have: Experience with quality assurance and delivering or providing quality support

Experience as a project leader, collaborating with diverse teams

Experience with trend analysis

Knowledge of quality industry standards

Ability to perform detail-oriented tasks

Ability to identify process improvements and recommend solutions

Ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written form with multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders and executives

Ability to obtain a security clearance

Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: Experience with the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), or FEDSIM programs

Experience with project or program management

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships using interpersonal skills

PMI CAPM or PMP certification

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
