Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Quality Management Plans: Create and maintain comprehensive quality management plans, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), to document processes, activities, instructions, best practices, and lessons learned.
- Conduct Quality Assurance Checks: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks against project deliverables, Task Orders, Program Management Plans, and SOPs to ensure compliance with our high standards.
- Lead Quality Programs: Lead a quality program and implement quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure that all program deliverables, products, and services meet our standards and end-user requirements.
- Collaborate with Project Managers: Collaborate with project managers across the program to tailor quality management processes for each project, ensuring seamless integration and effective quality control.
- Communicate Complex Issues: Convey meaningful insights to complex issues and explain findings to teammates and executives, providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
- Research and Analyze: Conduct research, evaluate options for action, and provide thoughtful recommendations to solve business problems at a strategic level, driving innovation and improvement.
- Attention to Detail: Possess strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.
- High-Risk Environment Experience: Experience operating in high-risk, OCONUS environments, with a proven track record of success in complex and dynamic settings.
- Client-Facing Quality Management: Experience managing a client-facing Quality Management Program, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Contract Management: Experience with Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF) contracts and Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting (CPARs), with a deep understanding of contract management principles.
- C6ISR Knowledge: Knowledge of C6ISR collection, analysis, and intelligence production, with a strong understanding of the latest technologies and trends.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across a program, building strong relationships and driving effective communication.
- Analytical and Critical Thinking: Possession of excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to analyze complex data and drive informed decision-making.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and Quality Management Certification, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
