About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Performance Manager to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the Program Quality Management Plan and Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) to document processes, activities, instructions, best practices, and lessons learned.
  • Conduct deliverable quality assurance checks against Task Order, Program Management Plan, Component Project Management Plans, and SOPs.
  • Lead a quality program and implement quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure that all program deliverables, products, and services meet standards and end-user requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers across the program to tailor quality management processes for each project.
  • Convey meaningful insights to complex issues and explain findings to teammates and executives.
  • Conduct research, evaluate options for action, and provide thoughtful recommendations to solve business problems at a strategic level.
  • Possess strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Experience operating in high-risk, OCONUS environments.
  • Experience managing a client-facing Quality Management Program.
  • Experience with Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF) contracts and Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting (CPARs).
  • Knowledge of C6ISR collection, analysis, and intelligence production.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across a program.
  • Possession of excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Quality Management Certification.
