CWF Restoration, a family-owned Water and Fire Damage Restoration Company, is seeking a highly competent and motivated Contents Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess a high level of initiative, an unwavering commitment to excellence, and a proven aptitude for creating efficient systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective systems and procedures to ensure the company's production standards are consistently met.
  • Ensure content is properly and effectively listed, photographed, packed, cleaned, stored and returned throughout the restoration process as required (includes restorable and non-restorable content)
  • Provide strong leadership to the contents team and oversee their daily operations.
  • Hold key personnel accountable to performance and behavioral standards.
  • Open, close and provide summary costs for each job, including hours worked and consumable use.
  • Be prepared to work extended hours during weather events and undertake travel to our Dallas and Houston branches as required.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven ability to develop and implement operational systems and procedures.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and delegation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel and work extra hours during weather events.
