At DM, retailers have access to uniquely curated brands of active and lounge wear, novelty apparel, fashion accessories, protective essentials, impulse items, travel gear, readers and sunglasses, tech accessories, kitchenware, jewelry, and more.


As an B2B E-Commerce Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling digital assets that support our sales team, enhance our website, and drive our digital marketing efforts. You will work closely with the B2B Brand Owner to ensure all designs align with our brand identity and strategic goals. Position Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce digital assets for various platforms, including but not limited to websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising
  • Contributes to multiple projects in varied levels of completion, multi-tasking within fluctuating deadlines
  • Maintain and update website content, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience
  • Create email templates that are visually engaging and optimized for various email clients and devices
  • Create visually appealing and effective sales collateral
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital design
  • Other duties as required


General Requirements:

  • Fresh, original portfolio of past design work
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
  • Must be flexible to deadline demands and seasonal schedules
  • Talented in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and HubSpot templates is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, balanced with strong willingness to collaborate
  • Must be able to accept constructive criticism
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and communicate delays effectively
  • passion for expanding knowledge of design tools and processes


Must Have:

  • 2+ years of design experience (firm)
  • Thorough knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
