  • Monitor maintenance schedules and coordinate with technicians to get required maintenance.
  • Perform routine follow-up to ensure all vehicles are being properly maintained.
  • Coordinate vehicle repairs when a vehicle is involved in an accident that may include body work, exterior wrap and engine repairs.
  • Follow up with insurance companies to discuss claims, repairs and financial responsibilities.
  • Retrieve vehicles as needed from residential locations as needed.
  • Assist in general warehouse duties as assigned.
  • Knowledge of Service Titan a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • General Warehouse experience
Requirements
  • Valid Texas Driver's License
  • 1 - 2 years experience in fleet management
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Solid knowledge of automobiles
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
